The Alhambra
model Iberia
is a bit unusual in the fact that it has a name rather than a number. It came into the lineup after the 3Cand 4P existed. The company was looking for something to go in between the two, and this is that guitar. So think of it as a 3C and 1/2. It's a cool guitar with a solid German spruce top with laminated mahogany back and sides. The neck is made from mahogany and the
fingerboard is Indian rosewood. This also has nicer gold plated tuners. Like the other models in the range, it's a very nice instrument to consider for a serious beginner, a steel string player who is used to quality but looking for a cheaper nylon string, or many other types of players and situations. It is built in Spain, which is a good thing too.
