This beauty is handcrafted in Germany by Hofner's experienced luthiers (Signed by Master Luthier Thomas Stuhlein) on a VERY low production level. This thing sports the finest in materials, like beautiful Flamed Maple back and sides (solid) and a silky German Spruce top. Subtle touches like wood binding, the ebony pickguard and ebony keys set off this handcarved masterpiece. With a sweet acoustic warmth and crisp punch, this guitar mantains it's lovely attributes when plugged in. Truly a very fine caliber archtop - it will hold it's own with some of the best in the world and for a fraction of the price.
