I just received [the mandolin]. It is beautiful, and was in great shape. No dings or damage from shipping. I am not a mandolin player (this is for my son), but I can bang out a few notes, and it sounds awesome. I can't wait to hear what a good strong chop sounds like when he plays it.

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that my new Breedlove SA25 Custom made it to Washington in good shape. Thank you for packing the guitar well, which I am sure contributed to the safe journey. I couldn't help checking the progress of the guitar several times per day.

I spent some time playing the instrument this afternoon, and it is everything I have been looking for as far as sound and quality are concerned. I did not know much about Breedlove guitars until about a year ago when I picked up an AC25-SR12 Plus. I think Breedlove's decision to market some guitars at more affordable prices was a really good move. I am sure that many more players will get opportunities to own some of these fine guitars at affordable prices and will be led to the higher end guitars as a result. That was certainly the case here.

Suzanne and I really enjoyed meeting you and your team when we were in Louisville. We will certainly stop by to see you next time we come town. It was a pleasure seeing another St. X grad doing well. We wish you the best of luck, good health, and a prosperous enterprise selling quality musical instruments.

I received my new G&L Comanche guitar a short while ago and cannot express in words how awesome this guitar is (it is the one shown in the G&L section on page 2 of this site). Upon receiving the guitar and giving it thorough going over the guitar was just the way I ordered. Mick and the guys at the store did a phenominal job of setting the guitar up to my specs, it traveled from Louisville to Texas still in perfect tune, the paint was flawless, and that G&L neck is the best I have ever felt. I just wanted to let you know that I bought an Atlas Breedlove acoustic there a little over two years ago, and it is the best purchase I have made. For the price I paid, it is just remarkable. On another note, the service I received there was incredible. I went to buy and I got a history lesson on guitars. I didn't feel pressured to buy, nor did I feel rushed. It really was a great experience and I'll have you know that I always recommend your store to people who ask me "where should I get a guitar?"
