This is a very nice intermediate level violin - though all sorts of lucky beginners start out on this too (and as a result don't have to buy another violin soon down the road). This is a great European instrument - hand carved for excellent tone with lasting quality, playability and value. Made from an aged loft seasoned German fine grain spruce top and a lightly figured maple back and sides. Also includes inlaid purfling, premium German ebony fittings, and a beautiful stained finish. The great handwork and excellent materials make this violin an incredible value. Fully hand crafted and hand graduatied in Romania.
