We want you to be happy! You (customer) have 48 hours (excluding Sundays or days Steilberg String Instruments LLC is closed for holidays) from delivery time by shipping company to notify Steilberg String Instruments (seller) via telephone stating intent to return an item and to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).  Only shipping cartons with our RA# clearly written on them will be accepted for return. "New" items must be in new condition with all tags, paperwork, boxes, etc. intact. "Used" items must be in same condition as when received. Item for return must be received by shipping company within 72 hours of arrival (excluding Sundays or days Steilberg String Instruments LLC is closed for holidays). Upon decision to return an item for refund all shipping/ handling related charges, including full insurance, become the responsibility of customer.

If purchase is paid with cash, personal check, or certified check, there are no further handling fees.  If purchase is paid through credit card processing the banking industry will not refund these processing fees, therefore a 2.9% bank processing fee for Visa, Mastercard, or Discover; or a 3.9% processing fee for Paypal becomes responsibility of customer. Upon return, full refund of actual price paid less any applicable shipping/ handling charges for item will then be issued in a timely manner.

Steilberg String Instruments LLC dba StringInstruments.com is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to the State of Kentucky. For all other sales, the purchase may still be subject to sales or use tax in the state it is shipped. It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with their own state's rules and regulations regarding internet purchases, and pay any sales or use tax required on such purchases directly.
